Phantom1 built sb on everyplanet and turtled with his fleet and ai fleet dragging out the game for hours. I owned 3/4 of galaxy.Then told me he designed the fleet I used to kill him with. Recommend not playing with him.

rubeeisdabomb - Made 5 of us stay after the rest of his team had surrendered and took us an extra hour. He was also unresponsive even though he was moving his fleet around.
