As you know DT has starting using an application called Team Speak. It is an online program where we can communicate to each other over the internet while playing the game. I have done some research and found that it is totally free, and can be found at www.teamspeak.com. We need to implement this, let me know what you all think. |

I have used it in a few games with Whip - it works ok, but you need a server to connect to. I believe you can host one privately (don't take that as 100%).
If someone has a good connection and a machine they can setup as a server, we can make it secure so only BIA can use it...

I'm on a 30G internet connection so i'm pretty sure I can host the server without lagging at all, my machine is pretty solid so i'll look into it.

Hey this would be good if we cant get the hole clan to get one but i need to wait about 2 weeks i dont have one right now and i have to buy some things fro school i think i might buy one in a week or 2

I got my headphones sat in the draw next to me waiting for a server to connect to. You will need to make it private with a password to stop other people (shock horror = maybe even DT?  ) from using it |

I have XFire. Though it sometimes crashes a game. I use it for Sword of the Stars MP.

Ok me and flip got x fire working and i got to say it adds a new element to the game. As if it wasn't adictive enough allready!!
X-fire is very user friendly and so far has not crashed any of our games so i say we use this for our voip.
There are a few BIA members allready signed up to x-fire, here are there user names in x-fire so you can add them to your friends list. Very easy to do, just use the "tools" drop down menu and there is a search and add friend option.
